Why do I always see in the top right hand corner of my lock screen the words "Start your Microsoft 365 subscription today"...when I already have one?

I have Windows 10, with what I believe are the latest updates. (It automatically updated yesterday.)I have an HP Notebook custom-built for me in 2015.
