My microphone on my headset, controller or anything aren’t picking up my voice but I can hear! Please help!

Recently purchased the dgm20 from Amazon, plugged it into my pc, was working then BAM! Every device I use to hear wasn’t or stopped altogether working for my voice input, game chat doesn’t let me talk, discord doesn’t let me talk and I have tried everything!
