Hi Microsoft, I am trying to help my 60 year old family member get into a Microsoft account that is locked behind a email address that no longer available, its a @charter.net, which is now actually @specrum.net, however they no longer have spectrum, and haven't for a few years now, spectrum is refusing access to the email account, and the computer is locked because the sign in is @charter.net. I contacted support and they said your no longer a customer so kick rocks, and contact Microsoft. Microsoft no longer has a 1-800 number to call, they say use this site.
