Windows updates created IIS so I can't access some web sites

Recent updates on my Windows 10 desktop have resulted in IIS serves appearing when I try to login to some webs sites using both Firefox and Chrome.I disabled IIS services in Windows Features, restarted, but this did not fix the problem.How do I fix this problem?Thanks for any any help you can provide.*** Moved from Windows / Windows 10 / Internet and connectivity ***
