No network after the switch reboots

We are experiencing a technical issue with Server 2019. Specifically, whenever the network switch undergoes a restart, whether due to a firmware update or any other reason, the LAN port loses its assigned static IP address. As a result, Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) becomes unavailable, necessitating a physical connection to the server via a monitor for login purposes.To resolve this issue temporarily, we must disable and then re-enable the LAN card. This action restores the connection and allows us to regain access to the server.
