LÊ THỪA PHƯƠNG CÁT

I can't update my 2024-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5042099). It keeps producing an "Install error". I noticed I skipped some updates but I wonder if this affects me.
