I'm on a framework laptop 16, with the most recent BIOS, running (now) the most recent version of windows 11.I clicked "Update and Shut Down" because I had completed my day's use of my device and I wanted it to "update" and "shut down". Windows blithely ignored that selection and restarted instead, further underscoring Micro$oft's rabid hatred for all things user choice. If a button is going to be labelled "Update and Shut Down", it should do precisely those two specific things and nothing else; a button with a label should do what it says on the label.
