I am now using Windows 11 Insider Program. I had not experienced any issues with my device on the previous few months, but i just notice that i couldn't access my webcam. I am quite sure that the hardware is fine because i have tested my webcam on different operating system and it just works correctly. In device manager, my device is labeled as hidden device and the status was not installed. i tried deleting the device and reinstalling the driver and i was able to access my webcam again.
