I accidentally clicked on a deleted user profile on the sign in page at the start and know i cant sign in to my admin account

At the start when i booted my PC there was my old deleted user next to the admin user and i clicked on it and now i get this message "user profile cannot be loaded" and my admin account wont show up.I would appreciate a response
