How to turn off bitlocker, when you have its recovery?

A turn on bitlocker to my D drive, then due to some reasons I installed new window but the drive with bitlocker remained changed as I only change data in C drive. Now when I trying to access D drive with password or recovery key system says that both are incorrect. Please help me to get rid of it, I have important data in this drive.
