I opened a laptop of mine today and it asked me for a BitLocker recovery code. I can't seem to find it on my Microsoft account, even after following multiple tutorials. I've tried to reset the device multiple times and reinstall Windows, but whenever I try to, it says that there was a problem resetting my PC. Shutting my device down doesn't work either. I really need help-I don't know tech that well to understand what's happening to my device right now.
