I'm here to help my friend. After a power outage, their desktop wasn't picking up any internet connections and was showing this error in the device manager[ I cant seem to sent a screenshot but it says " this device cannot start (code 10). This device does not exist. ] its a realtek 8821CE wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC
