I have a Dell Inspiron and I am running Windows 10. About a month ago I started having problems. It was freezing on the internet.I was getting insufficient memory alerts. My trackpad cursor was acting erratic, like it has a mind of its own, opening and closing things and pulling to the right. I get a vertical line of flashing circles on the far right. Couple times I also had a couple of horizontal lines near the top of the screen. Sometimes it does not allow me to go to certain points in word document i.e. to correct something – can’t move my cursor to that
