why does this message keep popping up everytime i try to play some games on windows 11 i just bought this pc

the message is "error a redistributable package (Directx) was not installed correctly setup cant continue" it has been popping up when i try to play apex or dying light. i have also looked and it says i have directx 12, im on windows 11if anyone can help much appreciated
