Clen Installation of Windows 11 Home

I want to do a clean install of Windows 11 Home and my computer is an HP Pavilion 15s-eq2xxx what I don't know is if there is device encryption and also has BitLocker in Windows 11 Home and I am scared that doing a clean install of Windows 11 Home it will remove BitLocker and I won't be able to have it again so please can someone help me? And I don't want to install Windows Insider Program to do it and still I haven't done a clean install so please someone help me
