BCD Error 0xc0000098 Windows after cloning

Hi, I used a program to clone a disk from an old computer to a new one. The program (acronis) converted the disk from MBR to GPT and cloned the drive.Since then, the error above pops us. I have tried rebuilding the EFI partition by:diskpart select disk 0 list partition select volume 1 assign letter B exit dir /a B:\ " bcdboot /s B: /f UEFI bcdedit shows valid info, but windows will not boot. Reinstalling is not an option.

Can I install/repair the bcd boot repair using a copy command from the disk from the “sources” if F is the install disk.
