microsoft account hacked? or deleted? also there is no category for general account, which is what my questino covers.

my microsoft account, when i try to login, it says "That Microsoft account doesn’t exist." I look for help on deleted accounts, it tells me to go to the account recovery form. I then go to the account recovery form, it asks for my email, i put it in, it says "That Microsoft account doesn’t exist." again. If my account is deleted by a hacker, of course it doesn't exist! How would i recover it? (the screenshots failed to upload sorry)
