Computer restarts randomly few times a day

Hello,My friend started to have some issues with his pc by randomly restarting a few times a day. There were some issues with power surges a month ago but they were resolved. He thinks It might have affected some of his PC parts. He used another good PSU but the PC still restarts randomly(does not matter if it's idle or under load)OS has been reinstalled as well
