How do I fix this white flashing screen on my desktop screen

Hi there, I am having an issue with my computer recently whenever I boot it up and log on to my user, my screen has a normal desktop for about 30 seconds then goes completely white with the taskbar constantly flashing. I can't access the search bar on the toolbar or use the Windows key to load up settings, I can't use my mouse for really anything. However, I was able to load up the task manager using cntl+alt+dlt. Has anyone who has had the same issue and knows how to resolve it?
