I installed Windows 10 on my computer when the free upgrade was available. I believe that makes mine a digital license?My computer is now unusable and I want to transfer my license to someone else's computer who missed the free upgrade period. I don't want to add my account to their computer, I just want them to have the license. Is that possible? Also, according to internet sources a digital license is sent by email. I've checked my emails and I can't find any that have the activation code. Is there someone I can contact at MS that would have the record? My old computer doesn't even turn on.
