OneDrive Rectangle in Taskbar?

I have recently found a rectangle in my Windows 10 taskbar that shows some sort of cloud symbol followed by "OneDrive-Personal."In researching how to remove it, I have found non-Microsoft instruction to click on it and select the Help and Settings icon in the resulting windows.I have tried this and there is no Help and Settings icon in the window that I can find.Anybody know how to get rid of this?Thanks
