Windows unexpectedly deactivated after a BIOS update

Hello. Yesterday I did a BIOS update on a B760M Gaming X DDR4 from F18b to F18d (containing the 0x129 microcode). After that, Windows 11 Pro deactivated itself, even though worked well the day before. It shows an error code: 0xC004C003. In the activate by phone method they told me that the key is not valid so they couldn't do anything and I had to purchase another activation key. Why? How to fix it? If the key really is not valid, why did it work flawlessly throughout a whole year?
