Will my 7 years old laptop run windows 11?

I am running windows 10 22h2 and its working fine with my pretty much 7 years old laptop.Will windows 11 run after bypassing minimum system requirements?My specs: AMD A8 dual core processor 2.4 ghz clock speed (Overclock 5ghz)4gb ram500gb hdd MBR AMD Radeon graphicsNo tpm and secure bootKindly help me if my laptop can run win11 23h2.I have a good 200gb internet connectivity.
