Unable to complete the Azure AD Synchronization

I tried to Sync users from Virtual Machine of windows server 2019 datacenter gen2 image type & standard security using the Azure AD connect(Entra Connect), But at the last step of synchronization it fails.Tried running synchronization multiple times , even tried with 2016 windows server as wellEven Checked this doc, but unable to resolvehttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowserver/forum/server_dirservices-servertop_activedirectory/unable-to-complete-the-azure-ad-synchronization/2fb5784d-1cab-4171-8749-927067030ac7
