Resell windows keys

I would like to sell activation keys for windows 10/11 and I would like to know what I must comply with to sell them legally online? In the past I tried to sell, but I was contacted by *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and they told me that I don't respect the law regarding intellectual property and I don't know what it refers to exactly. (I bought the keys from an authorized Microsoft distributor)Do I have to become a Microsoft reseller partner or not? Any advice or answer would be helpful
