Laptop will not boot when connected to ethernet (Windows 10)

When I press the power button I get stuck on a black BIOS looking screen with a message along the lines of "RX: EFI_NOT_READY" and a bunch of 2 digit numbers. But if I plug it in after my computer has booted it works fine. PC specs are below. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHzInstalled RAM: 16.0 GBProduct ID: 00325-81543-26827-AAOEMSystem type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorModel: Razer Blade 15
