Cannot Install Win11 because of VirtualBox

The install fails because it cannot delete (I think) VB 6 so it can install VB7. I have no idea what process installed VB6 or why and the install seems to lack some files (not sure but guessing). How do I get past this? Been trying to fix this for about a week.
