Is there a fix for a connectivity issue where wifi seems to be connected but it says No Internet?

Dell Latitude 3490 had a connectivity issue (WiFi shows connected but No Internet) after the 2024-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5042099). Is there a fix for this? Thank you.
