Cant get online for new PIN

I by accident turned on the max memmory at msconfig, boot. I have pin pressed little button on the right side of the laptop. Now I cant log inn where I havee to give my PIN at the startscreen, where I cant get online. Windows 11 home and it is running slow. Theres no globe online acces.
