C :drive recovery

Accidentally formatted a c:drive by right clicking using command prompt.now I can't install anything,I don't see the c drive anymore,and the administrator password was locked out.the pc is an All in one PC Asus Expert Center.windows 11..and there was no backup am really stressed.please assist.can this pc be fixed?
