Hi,I bought the Sculpt mouse and keyboard bundle. My mouse has suddenly stopped working. The keyboard works fine but the mouse is borked. I replaced the batteries. I ran the Troubleshooter. I tried putting the dongle in a different USB slot I tried using the dongle on a different computer - the computer recognized the hardware and installed the driver but the mouse still wouldn’t work. I can’ reinstall the driver because it’s a work computer and I don’t have permissions. I’m using Windows 10.
