Hello, I have a problem on my windows 10 computer. In average, every minute i get this pop up (its in romanian)

It says that i need to connect to my account in order to spend more times on application. But I have delete the account in which I need to connect. That mean I cant connect. I also have tried to disconnect but when I go to the account setting, I dont get the button make this account offline.I would want to disconnect of this account (which is closen) but I cant. What can I do ?Could you help me. Thank you
