I changed my microsoft account. When I restarted the laptop, it showed me my new account but I am unable to sign in. The sign in option does not have a box on it. When I am clicking on the sign in option, it's going back to the lock screen. I am unable to access my files as i am not able to sign in. Even through the previous account , i am not able to sign in. Even when I press shift while restarting the laptop, the advance setting is not been showed
