I am looking at upgrading to a Windows 10 system that is compatible to Win 11 as an upgrade but how do I confirm this if even the seller/merchant isn't REALLY sure. The system in question is listed at BestBuy online as: Dell Optiplex 5040with an Intel QuadCore I5 6500 with 32 Gig RAM and a 1 TB SSD and Windows 10 Home. How can I be sure BEFORE buying the system?
