I'm still shaking a bit ... earlier this evening, 8/19/24 just before 9pm I lost the control my bluetooth mouse in my Windows 10 computer, I could see lights blinking on drive and external disc. I tried my darnedest to shut it down.After about 10 minutes of shutting down and finally a restart, magically my mouse started to work again. I immediately went to the Windows Event Viewer - oh my ... there are quite a lot of event codes in there around the time I lost control of my computer!Can someone tell me what has happened and what I need to do (or tell someone else) what might have happened and
