laptop battery issue

I've been having some issues with my new laptop battery recently. It used to last for hours, but now it barely gives me an hour of use. The battery percentage drops really fast, and sometimes the laptop just turns off even when it shows 20-30% left. It also gets quite warm while charging, and it takes a lot longer to fully charge.
