Wifi connected to my laptop through hotspot from my phone and it shows no internet despite my internet is working fine on my phone

I once faced this issue but it got resolved and now it's appearing again, I tried many other phones of my family and friends and it still doesn't provide internet (again all the phones had internet) I have windows 11 and my laptop is Lenovo yoga slim 6 14IAP8, please help
