I am using a Fujitsu S936 laptop and am honestly terrified. The minuscule number of people who have experienced this issue seem to have had no way to fix it, from what I understand. To go into more detail, the screen will, at completely random intervals, flash black, play the USB connected sound, play the USB disconnect sound, and then repeat after a random interval. This Reddit post contains some people who have suffered from a similar problem, but all of them had different solutions to it:
