I've been trying to install updates KB5041580 and KB5042352 for... I don't know, a really long time now. Originally they would fail to either properly download or install within the Windows Update section of settings. Through some crafty business that included nearly cratering my system, and no I don't remember everything I did, only that for some reason Windows thought my storage drive was suddenly my boot drive, I managed to get them to actually finish on that part. Now whenever I let the system restart, it hits 98%, then undoes everything, reboots, undoes everything again, then lets me log
