Windows 11 Upgrade

Why is Windows telling me that my system is not compatible for Windows 11 due to my CPU. Currently I have an intel Core i&-7700 3.6GHz. From all the information I am seeing, Microsoft states that the CPU is one of the compatible processors. All other specs, according to PC health check are adequate and have passed. Please help.
