Windows BSOD when xmp enabled, random restarts, status_access violation and so on.

So ive been through the ringer with my pc. I get BSODS whenever I try to enable XMP. When XMP is disabled I get random restarts and occasional BSOD. A lot of it happens during gaming, but I often come back to my pc and it restarted while not even running a game. I did a 6 hour ram test and nothing came up.
