Failed installing updates on Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello guysbeen trying to install this update on my windows server 2012 R2https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/vulnerability/CVE-2024-38063but unfortunately, no luck. it keeps "undoing changes" after restart. Little help will be very appreciate, Thank you
