Win Modules Installer running but no updates scheduled or in recent history.

I just woke my computer from sleep and Windows 10 Modules Installer was running at a high CPU. I checked windows update and there were none in the last 5 days. What is Modules Installer doing and why is it doing it now? Could this be indicative of malware?
