I made a huge mistake when deleting norton off my old acer laptop, it powered off because i knocked out the charger, now when laptop turns on its a plain black screen with no mouse or sound. No boot menu with any text either, i have tried every shortcut to open safe mode, bios menu, recovery mode, and anything else- it doesnt work, i get the plain black screen with no mouse or sound. On top of this when i was taking it to have it checked out the screen broke!!
