Whenever I play League of Legends (LoL), sometimes when there's a lot of action near me or on another area of the game, my screen would sometimes freeze for a few seconds before coming back to either more freezes or back to normal. I used to run LoL at 500-700fps consistently but one day I started getting these freezes randomly and now I run it at around 150-300fps. The freezing drops my fps to 0 than goes back up. I've tried factory resetting my computer, nvidia drivers are up to date, uefi is up to date, replaced thermal paste, cleaned out pc, internet is super fast so don't think that's a
