Microsoft asking me to get permission

Hi am trying to get game pass on my Microsoft account but its telling me i need permission but its my account. the account age is over 18 so i dont get why.i seen somewhere that my account could be a child account and seen in familys thats there is another account thats the (family organizer) but its only ever been me and ive only made 1 account??
