I had just upgraded my computer (a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga generation 1 X1 carbon) from a Samsung 188 Gb hard drive to a Kingston 1TB hard drive and its says I still have the old drive on settings and everywhere else but on device manager and disk manager it says that I have the new one. Please help cause I tried restart and it didn't work.
