My computer suddenly crashed and restarted saying that it was performing hard disk repairs. However, after it restarted, my C drive suddenly said "NTFS" underneath it and also would not let me access it (it said "access denied"). I tried running chkdsk /r in safe mode, but that didn't change anything at all. Also, everything I try to access comes up the same error, saying "windows cannot access [the file location]" with the error code 0x800704b3. Please, help me.
