How to access my accounts

Microsoft office: accounts *** Email address is removed for privacy *** & *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I have forgotten my passwords however the windows system will not allow me to recover/change them. Strangely, my email accounts remain accessible I can get into my account profile but not onedrive. I receive the message 'too many attempts' when I try to change my password
