Upgrading desktop to move to windows 11

Hi,I currently have a desktop that is running windows 10 that does not meet the Windows 11 requirements. I am considering upgrading my desktop to be able to move to windows 11. The question is if upgrade my CPU and motherboard will I need to buy a new license for windows?
